Built in 2020, Mercer Village is an 12-unit condominium complex residing on the historic site of Mercer House, a “kit home” from the early 1900s that was relocated a few blocks away and now serves as home to the Port Aransas Preservation and Historical Association.

The development is in the heart of Old Town Port Aransas, on Oleander Street, just steps away from entertainment, nightlife, shopping, banking and the marina. Beach access is available on any of the public access roads. Be sure to have a current Port Aransas beach permit for your vehicles. Permits are available at City Hall.

Designed with common sense and luxury in mind, each unit at Mercer Village includes tasteful upgrades, from the kitchen to the master bath, with house-wide wiring for television and internet.

The two-story floorplans offer spacious living and intimate sleeping quarters.

The development also includes a common area featuring a party canopy and swimming pool. Please be mindful of other residents when you use common areas. Outside curfew is 9PM daily.

Each unit has two marked parking spaces; for additional parking, please use the surrounding streets. Golf carts may be parked on our rockscape perimeter areas, not in our parking lot.
